As a professional coach and writer, my aim is to help others to find their own paths to personal fulfilment, and to then guide and support them along the way for as long as they need.
I live my own life on the run, with a simple curiosity to seek out and learn new things.
I was originally trained as a physiotherapist at the University of Queensland in Australia. Later, I graduated with a masters degree in health and sports science from the University of Central Finland in Jyväskylä, as well as completing additional post-graduate studies in exercise physiology and sports coaching at Oregon State University in the USA. I have also completed courses as follows Athletics Australia accredited running coach (level 3), Diploma of Life Coaching (UK) and FAF Personal Trainer (since 1997)
