The new FAF Foundation course materials now hot off the press!

In addition to a total redesign of the popular FAF Foundation course materials, we have now published the course’s nutrition module as its own separate mini-manual ‘Level I – Ravitsemus’. Sen kavereiksi tulevat lähiviikkoina myös Ravitsemuksen Level II, III & IV -manuaalit, jotka yhteensä muodostavat uuden FAF Nutrition Coach -koulutuksen oppimateriaalit.
